The forge is hot

The engine that makes it yours.

The forge is the machine under the Crucible: the half that builds. It takes a signed spec, fires the build, and holds the result at the gates until it has proved itself. Everything upstream shapes. The first firings are underway.

How it works

The full Crucible process shapes before it builds.

Step one.

The spec arrives, signed

The forge takes a locked spec with your signature on it: the problem, the scope, the risks you accepted. That signature is what the build is measured against.

Step two.

The firing

The build runs in front of you, step by step, on the screen. Each firing has a hard ceiling, so a run cannot quietly consume a budget.

It runs on your key, which is encrypted and expires on its own.

Step three.

The gates hold it

Nothing ships on an assertion. If a gate goes red, the firing pauses and the screen tells you what it found, in words. What happens next is your call, not ours.

Step four.

The pour

Full source, docs and deploy instructions in one ZIP. Owned, not rented. No subscription behind it.

Straight talk about the keys

The firing runs on your key. So does the product.

Encrypted, then it expires

Your key is encrypted the moment you paste it. Never stored in plain text, never rendered back to the screen, never committed to your download. The encrypted copy expires automatically.

Every firing is capped

Each build has a hard ceiling, so a run can never quietly eat your budget. If a build cannot start, you are told plainly why.

Yours to keep

The build is a real download you own: the source, the docs, the deploy. What you do with it next is your call.

The part nobody shows you

The gates are on your side.

Anyone can show you a demo that looks finished. The forge proves a build before it lets go of it. A red gate pauses the firing and tells you plainly what it found. Fix and refire, or sign past it knowingly and the decision rides in the papers. Your call, not ours.

No dark patterns, no fake urgency, no fine print doing the real talking. If something cannot be done, the Crucible says so and stops.
